After-Sales Warranty Policy

I. Limited Warranty General Provisions

• Warranty Principle: This product comes with a limited warranty valid for three years from the original date of purchase, or until the total bytes written (TBW) reaches the limit specified in the product datasheet, whichever occurs first. This warranty applies solely to defects in materials or workmanship.  
• Proof of Warranty: To claim warranty service, a valid original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided. If such proof cannot be provided, the warranty start date will be based on the product’s manufacturing date as indicated by its serial number.

II. Warranty Service Details

• Service Method: During the warranty period and for eligible claims, we will, at our sole discretion, provide free repair or replacement with a functionally equivalent product (which may be a new or tested refurbished product).  
• Ownership of all replaced faulty parts remains with us.  
• Service Term: Any repaired or replaced part shall be covered for the longer of the following two periods: the remaining warranty period of the original product, or 90 days from the date of replacement.

III. Exclusions (What This Warranty Does Not Cover)

This warranty does not apply to failures or damage caused by:

• Exceeding Write Limits: The product’s total bytes written (TBW) or program/erase (P/E) cycles have exceeded the officially published limits.  
• Human or Accidental Damage: Including but not limited to improper use, accidents (e.g., dropping, crushing), liquid ingress, fire, lightning, voltage instability, etc.  
• Unauthorized Modifications: The product has been disassembled, modified, or repaired by the end user or any unauthorized third party, or product labels/serial numbers have been torn off or altered.  
• Unsafe Operating Environment: Failure to follow the product manual, such as using the product under non-recommended operating conditions or environments (e.g., extreme temperature, humidity).  
• Other Causes: Faults resulting from use of unofficial accessories, software conflicts, virus infection, or use outside the intended purpose (e.g., in critical life support equipment).

IV. User Responsibilities

• Data Backup: Users are responsible for backing up and, where appropriate, removing all data from the product before sending it for service. We shall not be held liable for any data loss, leakage, or corruption that may occur during warranty service.  
• Return Process: Users must follow the official RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process, which includes applying for an RMA number and proper packaging. Unauthorized shipments may be refused.

V. Disclaimer**

• Scope of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, this warranty is the user’s sole and exclusive remedy. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.  
• Consequential Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to data loss, loss of profit, business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.  
• Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any warranty claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product.

VI. Practical Recommendations

• Information Transparency: Clearly state the TBW value for each SSD model, and P/E cycle rating for each TF card, on the official website. A tabular format is recommended for clarity.  
• Warranty Inquiry Portal: Provide an online tool for users to check warranty status and estimated TBW remaining lifespan using the product serial number.  
• Streamlined Process: Create a dedicated “After-Sales Service” or “Submit RMA Request” page on the website, detailing the RMA steps, required information, and mailing address.
